Turning centre operator — Clark County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Clark County, Washington. You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles 4+ years on the tools preferred.
