Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Bath County, Kentucky. The job is at a busy bakery. You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
