Urgent requirement: confectioner (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a confectioner in Grayson County, Virginia. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
