Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Boulder County, Colorado. You will work in a five-star hotel. You will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; check back during the meal and handle special requests. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Part-time with flexible hours.
