Pot washer — Bunza

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Bunza, Kebbi State. You will be based at a banquet hall. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. ₦110,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
