Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
