Bricklayer wanted in Bagwai

Now hiring: we are hiring a bricklayer in Bagwai, Kano State. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage On a typical shift you will laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
