Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Sarpy County, Nebraska. You will be based in an open-cast quarry. What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing Day to day you will lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
