Great opportunity: we are hiring a waitress in Queens County, New York. Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
