Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
