Now hiring: we are hiring a sausage maker in Owerri North, Imo State. The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools.
