Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 1+ years on the tools preferred.
