Immediate opening: we are hiring a moulder in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. You will be based at a brass and bronze foundry. Ideally you have keen eye for casting defects during inspection; knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding; able to read simple casting drawings and job cards. The role involves apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Share your details and we will call you back.
