Retail butcher • Ukwa West, Abia State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Ukwa West, Abia State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On the job you will handle: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦275,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
