Now hiring: we are hiring a tig welder in Soreng, Sikkim. Day to day you will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator. What we are looking for: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
