We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Stanton County, Kansas. The role involves: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
