What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day-to-day duties: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
