Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Terrell County, Texas. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight.
