Bakery assistant wanted in Haora

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Haora, West Bengal. You will work at a cake shop. You should bring knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; basic cake decorating and piping skills; able to lift 25 kg flour sacks. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. ₹21,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
