Immediate opening: we are hiring a tower crane operator in Saiha, Mizoram. You should bring a good head for heights for tower crane work; understanding of hand and radio signals; proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes. On the job you will handle: • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure Six days a week, one day off.
