On the job you will handle: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
