Steward wanted in Wasatch County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Wasatch County, Utah. The job is in a catering unit. Day to day you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
