Join our team: we are hiring an oven operator in Unuimo, Imo State. The role involves proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills We offer ₦900 per hour plus benefits. Full-time, day shift.
