Cook — Boone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Boone County, Missouri. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided.
