Maintenance painter — Marion County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Marion County, Oregon. You will work in a factory paint shop. What we are looking for: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish The role involves: • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller 3+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
