Dough maker wanted in Yamaltu/Deba

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Yamaltu/Deba, Gombe State. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
