We are recruiting: CNC mill setter-operator (Benue State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Gwer West, Benue State. You will be based at a busy machine shop. Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
