Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Gillespie County, Texas. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Rotating shifts. Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
