Catering cook wanted in Lawrence County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a catering cook in Lawrence County, Ohio. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards The role involves: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs Rotating shifts.
