Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Henry County, Missouri. The role involves: • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up Requirements: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
