Crane operator wanted in Knox County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crane operator in Knox County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work 2+ years on the tools preferred.
