Join our team: we are hiring a head baker in Vandeikya, Benue State. You will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
