Line cook — Ogoja

Vacancy available: we are hiring a line cook in Ogoja, Cross River State. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred.
