Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Your main tasks: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
