Vacancy available: escalator technician (Niger State)

Join our team: we are hiring an escalator technician in Borgu, Niger State. You will work at a busy lift company. The role involves rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays. Requirements: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
