Now hiring: ironing operator (Jigawa State)

Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Gumel, Jigawa State. You will be based at a garment factory. Your main tasks: • Hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
