Bread baker • North Goa, Goa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in North Goa, Goa. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; 2+ years' experience as a baker. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
