Pastry baker wanted in Fayette County

Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Fayette County, Illinois. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Requirements: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
