Meat trimmer wanted in Forsyth County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Forsyth County, Georgia. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
