Urgent requirement: we are hiring a hoist operator in Itesiwaju, Oyo State. You will be based on a busy construction site. Your main tasks: • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift Requirements: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts Pay around ₦225,000 per month, based on your experience.
