What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer.
