Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Nagaon, Assam. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers You will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₹37,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week — bring your tools.
