Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Saint Johns County, Florida. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs.
