Lathe operator — Mitchell County

Join our team: we are hiring a lathe operator in Mitchell County, Iowa. The job is at an injection moulding unit. You should have: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety Your main tasks: • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing 6+ years on the tools preferred.
