Join our team: we are hiring a grill cook in Trimble County, Kentucky. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
