Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
