Banquet server • Zango, Katsina State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Zango, Katsina State. You will be based in a quick-service restaurant. You will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Six days a week, one day off.
