Bread baker wanted in Bama

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Bama, Borno State. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Day-to-day duties: • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer 3+ years on the tools preferred.
