Immediate opening: tandoor cook (Florida)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Pinellas County, Florida. The job is at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
