Vacancy available: we are hiring a chef de partie in Sublette County, Wyoming. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
